1. About these terms
These terms govern your use of the CityStories website (citystories.cc), mobile app, and audio walking tours. By using CityStories, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
2. Your account
You may browse tours and purchase passes with an email address. You're responsible for keeping access to the email used at checkout, as it identifies your purchases. You must be at least 16 years old to purchase a pass.
3. Passes and payment
CityStories offers one-time passes: a Free pass (first stop of each tour), a Day Pass (€4.99), and a Month Pass (€14.99). Passes are valid until the end of the next calendar day (Day Pass) or for 30 days from purchase (Month Pass), Madrid time. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never store your card details. Passes are personal and non-transferable, and all sales are final — except where EU consumer law gives you the right to a refund.
4. Acceptable use
Don't share your pass or account with others, resell access, scrape or redistribute tour content or audio, or use the service in a way that harms it or other users. Tour content is protected by copyright and remains the property of CityStories.
5. Tours and safety
Our tours suggest walking routes in public spaces. You remain responsible for your own safety, for obeying local laws and traffic signals, and for judging whether a route suits your fitness and ability. CityStories is not a guide service and accepts no liability for incidents during your walk.
6. Availability and changes
We aim to keep the service running smoothly but can't guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may add, change, or remove tours, and update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on the website.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, CityStories' liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid for your pass. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights under Spanish and EU law.
